We think Windham is absolutely the best place in the World to live!  Most people who've spent time here would agree that its a fabulous place... The natives are friendly and there's fresh air, open spaces and tons of restaurants, music at the local pubs, unique shops, a health spa, fitness club, movie theatre and all kinds of outdoor activities. 

We are the Home of Windham Mountain making many winter  sporting activities available..Skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, snow shoeing, cross country skiing and snow tubing! 

In spring, summer and fall there's hiking, fishing, cycling, mountain biking and plenty of golf!  The Windham Country Club is a pristine 18 hole course with the Roland Stafford Golf School right there to provide lessons; just west of town you'll find Christmans Pleasant View Golf Course. They have  a 9 hole course and the challenging 18 hole mountain course.  In addition, it is the home of The Ben Sutton Golf School offering clinics and lessons.

This summer the Windham Community was proud to host the 2010 World Cup Mountain Bike Finals. There were competitors and spectators from all over the world. It was fabulous -- we had a block party where we were entertained by the Brooklyn Steppers and after had dancing in the streets!
