Proudly serving the Windham area for 42 Years!



My grandparents, Peter and Anna Brabazon, founded Brabazon Real Estate in Whitestone, New York in 1948. They were a charming and efficient team; Peter would go out and find homes to list and Anna would know someone who was looking for just the place!


After a visit to Hensonville in 1960, Peter was reminded so much of Ireland, he decided to buy home there. Peter and Anna's oldest son, Bernard J Brabazon, opened an office in Hensonville in 1970. He envisioned Windham as a resort community with vacation homes on scenic wooded lots with amenities like swimming pools, tennis and golf. A model home was built in Elm Ridge and the Elm Ridge Townhouse Community was developed.



The Windham Ridge Townhouse Community was next. Designed as a destination resort, it was built on a hill overlooking the town of Windham with beautiful views. A clubhouse was built with 3 indoor tennis courts, seven outdoor hard tru clay courts and olympic size pool and spa. It was one of the prestigious "All American Tennis School" locations. One hundred townhouses were built and sold.



My husband, Steve and I joined the firm in 1981 to run the Insurance Agency. Brabazon Agency's employees are Independent Insurance Agents and can help you insure your, Home, Auto, Recreational Vehicles, and Business including your Home Business. Brabazon Agency, Inc. is Windham's First Real Estate Broker to offer Exclusive Buyer Representation.
